Since when has the loyalty program been available?

The new loyalty program has been available since April 2025. Points from the October 2024 program have been carried over.

How to join the loyalty program?

To be a member, you must have an account. To do this, go to
in the “Account” section at the top of the page. Enter your email address
(please check that your email address is valid otherwise you will not be able to
not reconnect to your personal space) as well as all objects
requested then click on “Create your account”. Choose a password
then click on “Register”.

What are the benefits of the loyalty program?

With our loyalty program, earn points with every purchase and redeem them for discount vouchers worth between €5 and €15.

How are loyalty program points calculated?

Points correspond to the total amount of any purchase on the site
hexagona.com (bag, small leather goods, e-gift card) (including tax, i.e. VAT
included; Shipping costs not included in the calculation).

How to accumulate points in the loyalty program?

To get extra points, just follow us on the
social networks. Points are automatically accumulated on your account.

When are points available?

Points are credited to your account automatically after all
purchase on the hexagona.com website

Orders placed before October 2024 earn points?

No. The loyalty program was launched in October 2024. It is not
possible to have points for purchases made before this period.

How long are the points valid for?

Points are valid for 1 year.

Is there a point limit?

No, points are unlimited.

The order is returned, what happens to my account?

For any order return, the points are automatically deleted
of your account.

What happens in the case of a partial return for an order that used a loyalty program code?

In the case of a partial return, the refunded amount is automatically calculated based on the discount applied through the loyalty code. The refund is therefore issued proportionally to the value of the returned items, just like it is for orders using a regular promotional code.

The discount code has been deleted, lost, what to do?

To find your discount information, go to your
customer account in the “Loyalty Program” section.

Is it possible to combine the reduction with other discounts?

At the moment, it is not possible to combine the discount with
other discounts.

Where are the receipts with the points used?

The points were exchanged for discounts applied to your
purchases. The discounts used for your purchases are visible on your
account, your invoice and order email.

In which country is the program valid?

The loyalty program is valid everywhere (in mainland France,
DOM-TOM, EU, Non-EU) for all account holders.

To be a member of the loyalty program again, you need a credit
an activated account. Old unused accumulated points will be restored
