The document holder, an essential accessory for the office

Today, the options in terms ofbusiness bagare numerous in the men's wardrobe.Backpackcomputer and tablet compatible, school bagsorconvertible bags, THEprofessional bagsvary in sizes and shapes. One model, however, seems unbeatable: thebriefcase. A timeless ally of businessmen, it gives a professional look that dandy chic touch sought after by men in search of style. It appeals both for its ergonomics and its retro aesthetic, and is available in leather or synthetic versions. The advantage of the briefcase? It allows you to separate your professional and personal lives distinctly by using a specific bag at each moment of your day. The briefcase is actually designed for the purpose of carrying computer, tablet, smartphone, A4 files and other important documents. And this, in complete safety thanks to the padded compartments and the noble (resistant leather) or technical (fabric with water-repellent treatment) materials of which it is made.

How to maintain your briefcase?

- For aleather briefcase: although it is a robust material that develops a patina over time, it is important to take care of leather if you want to keep your briefcase for as long as possible. To do this :

1. If it is smooth leather, apply a touch of Marseille soap with a soft damp cloth. If it's oily leather or nubuck, dust your briefcase with a brush then scrub gently with soapy water.

2. Nourish the leather with shoe polish or cleansing milk.

3. Protect your briefcase by keeping it out of the sun, storing it in a cloth bag, and maintaining its shape (lay it vertically on a flat surface when not in use).

- For asynthetic material briefcase(nylon or canvas): made from light fibers, these materials are easily removable. Your synthetic briefcase is therefore easier to handle – and prone to dirt. To clean, pat the surface of the bag with a damp cloth and a little neutral soap, then wipe it with a dry cloth.
