At no time will Hexagona have access to your banking data such as card or account number; all data is encrypted by our banking partner. Your personal and purchasing information is kept confidential and will never be communicated to our business partners. At no time will Hexagona ask you for your identifiers or your Bank Card number as part of an exchange with Customer Service.
You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the item to make a return.
