Mobile phone compatible

To clean a canvas bag, hand washing is preferable to machine washing, which is more aggressive.

For hand washing, follow the steps below:
1. Dust off your bag by shaking it and/or using a dry cloth.
2. If there are stains, rub the surface with a brush or soft cloth, Marseille soap and warm water, then rinse with clean water.
3. Let your bag air dry on a flat surface. It is not recommended to hang it with pins as this could cause it to lose its shape.

For machine washing, follow these recommendations:
- Opt for a "hand wash" program.
- Remove the straps and accessories from the bag before putting it in the washing machine.
- Protect your bag with a net or a pillowcase.
- Use a small amount of detergent and a short cycle.
- Do not spin your accessory in the washing machine, it may be damaged. Let it air dry.

For mainland France, returns are free via Chronopost 2Shop retour. You have a fourteen-day period after receipt of your order to return your purchases if they are not suitable or if they are defective. To request a return, you must log in to your Hexagona account.
