Leather is a natural material that will weather and change with time. To maintain and clean your bag, we recommend applying a leather cleaning lotion with a soft cloth. This will nourish the leather and help keep its original beauty. If you don’t have a leather cleaning lotion, moisturising baby lotion or makeup removing lotion are suitable alternatives. Always apply in the direction of the leather grain.

DELIVERY

For orders to be delivered in Europe, packages are prepared and shipped within 48 working hours. Several delivery methods are available:

  • At home with Colissimo 5.90€ / Free from 89€ purchase/ 4 till 8 working days
  • In pickup point with Mondial Relay 2.90€ / Free from 89€ purchase / 4 till 8 working days only for the delivery zone of Belgium and Luxembourg
  • In Express with DHL 9.90€ / Free from 159€ purchase / 24 till 48 working hours
  • The fees and the delays can vary according to your delivery zone.

RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it is faulty, items can be returned within 14 business days from delivery. The cost of return remains at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty, in which case Hexagona will pay the return costs.
