We ship to France, DOM-TOM and european countries* !

The standard service is provided by the French post (Colissimo) and Mondial Relay (For France only). Reckon on between 2 and 10 business days to receive your parcel ! Simple but effective…

For FRANCE

With Mondial Relay : the delivery fees are 3.90€ for orders under 39€ and free over 39€ !

With Colissimo : The delivery fees are 5.90€ for orders under 59€ and free over 59€ !

For EUROPE
The delivery fees are 9.90€ for orders under 89€ and free over 89€ !

For DOM-TOM

The delivery fees are between 16.90€ and 23.90€ according to delivery zone

Your order will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
Your parcel is shipped with a tracking number : you have the ability to track your parcels online through the tracking number we will send you.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it is faulty, items can be returned within 14 business days from delivery. Items must be returned in the original packaging and condition; unused, unsoiled and unwashed.  Return costs are to be paid by the sender unless the item is faulty, in which case Hexagona will pay the return costs.

Please follow the return procedure:

-    Login to your account on www.hexagona.com
-    Click on Orders details and history
-    Select the relevant order and then item to be returned by ticking the correct box in Follow up an order
-    Select the reason for the return and then click on Create a return

The return request will be sent automatically to our customer service team.
Once the return request has been checked and accepted by the Customer Service, please print a return slip and include it in the parcel to be returned to us. Return the parcel via the post office. You can follow the return on the website under My returns

We do not exchange goods. If you would like to receive a different product or the product in a different colour, simply place a new order on the website.

Once your return parcel received in our warehouse, your refund will take effect within fourteen days and will be done on the bank account used for payment.
